WebitWorx LLC (“WebitWorx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit webitworx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things deliberately minimal: we don’t run advertising trackers, and we don’t sell your data.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your first and last name, email address, the service you’re interested in, and your message. We use this solely to read and respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Our website is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our content-delivery network and security layer. As with any website, our hosting and Cloudflare automatically process standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
The IP Info tool
Our site includes an optional diagnostic page at /ip that displays your own network and approximate location details. When you open that page, your browser sends a request to a third-party service, ipapi.co, which receives your IP address in order to look up that information, and country-flag images are loaded from flagcdn.com. The results are shown to you in your browser; WebitWorx does not store them.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
- Theme preference. We store your light/dark mode choice in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not used to track you.
- Security cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (for example, a bot-management cookie) to protect the site from automated abuse. These are functional/security cookies, not advertising cookies.
Spam Protection (CAPTCHA)
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused CAPTCHA that helps us block spam and automated submissions. Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser to confirm you’re human and is designed to avoid tracking you across websites for advertising. Its use is governed by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your messages and provide the services you ask about;
- To operate, maintain, and secure our website;
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf or as needed to provide their service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DNS, security, and the Turnstile CAPTCHA (privacy policy).
- Our email/hosting provider — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
- ipapi.co and flagcdn.com — only on the optional /ip diagnostic page described above.
Data Retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete them. Server and security logs are retained for a short period for operational and security purposes.
Data Security
Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and contact-form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, reach out through the contact form on our homepage and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.
California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to services such as our Customer Portal, Webmail, and social media. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them.
International Visitors
WebitWorx is based in the United States, and any information you provide is processed in the U.S. By using our site or contacting us, you understand your information will be handled as described here.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here.
